Our Event Management and Wedding Coordination package is for couples who have their vendors booked and most of the big decisions made, but want an experienced team to take it from there and across the finish line. We’ll build out and hone in your wedding day timeline, coordinate with your vendors, work through the final logistics, and make sure everyone knows where they need to be and when.

When the wedding day arrives, we’re there to run the day, your rehearsal, handle the details, and solve the things you shouldn’t have to know are happening.

Partial Wedding Planning

You’ve made a great start. Now you want someone experienced beside you for the rest.

Our Partial Planning package is for couples who already have some of the big pieces in place but still have decisions to make, vendors to find, and details to work through. From the moment you book, we step in as your planning partner and help you figure out what comes next.

We’ll help fill in the gaps, keep your budget and planning on track, guide you through vendor decisions, and catch the details that are easy to miss when you’re doing this for the first time.

You’ll still be part of the planning. You just won’t have to figure it all out on your own.

Full Service wedding planning

You don’t have to know where to start. That’s what we’re here for.

Our Full-Service Wedding Planning package takes you from the first big decisions all the way through the wedding day. We help you find the right venue, build a realistic budget, put together your vendor team, develop the design, manage contracts and logistics, and keep every part of the planning moving forward.

You’ll still make the decisions that matter to you, but you won’t have to spend months researching every option, wondering what you’re forgetting, or figuring out how all the pieces are supposed to work together. We’ll narrow the choices, give you real guidance, keep track of the details, and tell you when something is worth the investment and when it isn’t.

By the time your wedding arrives, there shouldn’t be anything left for you to manage. You get to show up, be present, and experience the wedding we’ve spent all that time planning together.

Destination wedding planning

Planning a wedding somewhere you don’t live comes with a whole different set of questions. We’re here to answer them.

Our Destination Wedding Planning package covers the entire process, from finding the right venue and building a trusted local vendor team to travel logistics, guest accommodations, transportation, cultural considerations, permits, timelines, and the details that are much harder to manage from hundreds or thousands of miles away.

Whether you’re planning a wedding on an Italian Villa, a weekend in Japan's temples, a celebration in Europe, or somewhere completely new, we’ll do the research, ask the right questions, and keep everything moving from wherever you are.

You get to choose an incredible place to get married. We’ll figure out how the logistics to make the wedding happen there.

Wedding Officiant Services

Your ceremony should sound like it was written for you, not pulled from a script used a hundred times.

Our wedding officiants create personalized ceremonies that reflect who you are, how you got here, and what you want this moment to mean. We officiate non-denominational, bilingual English and Spanish, multicultural, interfaith, LGBTQ+ and destination wedding ceremonies, with plenty of room to incorporate the traditions, readings, vows, or people that matter to you.

We’ll guide you through the ceremony from start to finish, help with vows if you need it, and create a ceremony draft for you to review before the wedding day.

We also handle the legal side, including signing and filing your marriage license and helping you understand what comes next for certified copies or a name change.

Live Music with Aspen Strings

The right music can completely change the way a wedding feels.

Through Aspen Strings, our couples have access to live wedding musicians, acoustic guitar, jazz and Latin ensembles, ceremony music, cocktail hour entertainment, full wedding bands, and DJs, all with the flexibility to mix live music and DJ entertainment throughout the day.

Go acoustic for the ceremony, bring in a live duo for cocktail hour, then switch to a DJ for the reception. Build a full live band around the music you love. Or keep it simple with one musician playing songs that actually mean something to you.

From jazz, flamenco and bossa nova to Latin music, pop, rock and modern favorites, we'll help you put together music that fits your wedding instead of handing you a standard wedding playlist.

WEDDING MORNING Assistant

Your wedding planner has the day covered. This service is all about you.

Our Wedding Morning Assistant gives you a dedicated wedding morning person focused entirely on you and your wedding party while you’re getting ready. We steam dresses, help with attire, keep track of personal items, refresh drinks, tidy the getting-ready space, keep everyone on schedule, and handle the little emergencies that inevitably come up.

Need someone to find a missing earring, pin a dress, grab something from another room, or make sure everyone is actually dressed when the photographer is ready? That’s what we’re there for.

It’s an extra set of hands exactly where you need them, so your wedding morning feels less like managing a group of people and more like part of the celebration.
