Do we need a wedding planner if our Denver venue has a coordinator?
Venue coordinators are wonderful, but their responsibilities are usually focused on the venue itself. Your wedding planner is looking at the bigger picture, including your vendors, timeline, design, logistics, and the overall guest experience.
Can you help if we've already started planning?
Absolutely! Many of our couples come to us with their venue and a few vendors already booked. Our partial planning and coordination services are designed for couples who don't necessarily need someone from day one.
Do you help plan destination weddings in Colorado?
Yes! We work with couples who live locally and those planning their Colorado wedding from another state. We'll help with vendor recommendations, planning meetings, logistics, and the details that can be difficult to manage from afar.
When should we book our Denver wedding planner?
For full-service planning, we'd recommend reaching out around 12 to 18 months before your wedding, especially if you're considering a popular Colorado wedding date. For coordination, it's still worth reserving your team early, even though our most hands-on work begins closer to the wedding.
